We avoid synthetic coatings whenever possible, focusing instead on materials that are both long-lasting and environmentally responsible. Every component — from thread to zipper — is selected to ensure your bag lasts for years of everyday use.

Our fabrics are designed to handle light rain. The waxed canvases we use are treated with wax to be water resistant, meaning it repels water and keeps your belongings protected in everyday conditions. However, like any natural material, it isn’t designed to be submerged in water. With proper care, your bag will stay protective and weather-ready for years.

Every bag is thoughtfully designed by usand handcrafted in Poland by experienced craftsmen who specialise in durable fabric goods. All the materials are sourced from UK and Poland to ensure high quality and support local manufacturers - that is our little local patriotism taking over ;) We work closely with our partners to ensure exceptional build quality, ethical production standards, and meticulous attention to detail at every stage.

To keep your bag looking great:

• Gently wipe it with a damp cloth to remove dirt
• For deeper cleaning, hand-wash with mild soap and cold water
• Avoid machine washing and tumble drying, as this may damage the fabric
• Let wet items air dry naturally, away from direct heat

Our 2-year guarantee protects you against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. This includes seams, stitching, zippers, structural failures, and hardware faults that occur under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, extreme wear and tear, or cosmetic changes that happen naturally over time.

Yes. We believe in fixing, not throwing away. If your bag gets damaged outside of the guarantee coverage, we can help with repairs at a reasonable cost. Our goal is to keep your bag in use for as long as possible rather than replacing it unnecessarily. Just contact us via email and we will sort it out together.

Yes, we currently ship to the EU and UK. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout depending on your location. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

You can return unused products in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. If you’d like to exchange your bag for another model or colour, just contact us and we’ll help you make it happen.
